Be aware that you are trying to raise your personal vibrations to connect to spirit for guidance and inspiration. You are looking for blessings and you are willing to give blessings to others. But, not every human mind is attuned to the same high aspirations. Some people are in the grip of jealousy, anger, resentment, fear and confusion. They will direct these negative vibrations to others.
The resultant vibrations are sometime called "ANTS" or (Anticipated Negative Thoughts), Make part of your daily meditation a call to arm your soul to reject and repel these destructive vibrations. With practice your physical body will tell you when it senses attacks of negativity and you may repeat this universal prayer.
The power of God protects me.
The love of God enfolds me.
The presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I Am, God IS.
Some symptoms of negativity attacks are:
Confusion
Fear
Sweating
Nausea
Difficulty Breathing
Loss of Purpose
Pain
Revulsion
Cold atmosphere
Dizziness
Chills
Goose bumps and Prickly sensations
None of these symptoms, or others, have greater power than the unending love and protection that God has coded to your life force. These feelings are a message from God that she can nullify and vanquish any failure or evil. God's love and power is omnipresent and omnipotent. Overcoming negativity is a mere practice for you to strengthen your higher power. Many people who sense negativity call themselves psychic or clairvoyant. You are empowered with the same gifts.
Make it a practice, instead, to recognize the positive vibrations and thoughts all around you. See the influx of love and wisdom from God. Feel the bliss of knowing that God Is All In All. Learn that the nature of God is to flow blessings to all creation throughout all eternity. Use all your physical senses and your higher self to tune in to the perfection of what God is. See miracles in every day occurrences and manifestations both micro and macro.
